In order to keep our word of effective training & learning our team keeps observing & monitoring the whole activity during the course of project and training Programme. In our training programmes, we provide sessions as per predefined framework with hands-on practice at different stages of the trainings. To ensure effective learning of Six Sigma & other training programmes, participants are exposed to assessment activities in mid and at the final stage of the Programmes by setting up specific threshold score, to be certified on the Programme participants have been enrolled for. In case, if any participant is unable to clear the assessment activities just in a first go, he/she is exposed to further 2nd & 3rd assessment activities. For Six Sigma certification Programmes, participants are supposed to submit one project on Green Belt Programme & two projects for Black Belt Programme, if they been enrolled for.
